Scott Graham

District Superintendent

Scott Graham has been involved in fulltime ministry for the last 30 years. He has served in a variety of leadership positions in the local church and in the United Pentecostal Church International. Presently he and his wife, Michelle, lead The Sanctuary in Hazelwood, MO while also serving as the Missouri District Superintendent.

Bryan Parkey

District Secretary

Bryan Parkey currently serves as the Missouri District Secretary while evangelizing full time. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and Christian Life College with degrees in Psychology and Theology. He and his wife Lisa are parents of two children, Dylan and Kinsey.

April Matthews

Office Manager

April grew up in a UPCI church in Atlantic Canada. She is an alumni of Gateway College of Evangelism where she met and married her husband, Mike. She is a mother of 2 girls and has been serving the MO District office since 2004. April loves her career with the MO District and immensely enjoys working with the ministers and officials in this great state.

Nan Marlette

Office Assistant

Nan has been assisting part-time in the office since 2015. She grew up in Minnesota and is married to her high school sweetheart, Stephen. They have lived in the St. Louis area since 2002 and together they have 5 wonderful children. Nan enjoys travel, reading, music, and basically being anywhere with her family.

Garry Tracy

Section 1 Presbyter

Garry Tracy was raised in a UPCI church, and has served the church in various capacities: teacher, youth leader, pastor, missionary, GMD executive and currently as Bishop of New Life Pentecostal church, Bridgeton, Mo.

Tim Theissen

Section 2 Presbyter

Tim Theissen, along with his wife Tracie and children Nolan, Austin and Ella have been pastoring Peace Tabernacle in Hillsboro since 2003. Tim has served the MO District Youth for 11 years and currently serving as the Sunday School Promotional Director and has been on the District board since 2009. Tim has degrees in Counseling, Theology, Education and Engineering.

Ronnie Brown

Section 3 Presbyter

Pastor Ronnie Brown is a lifetime MO District UPCI member. A student of the first graduating class of Gateway College of Evangelism, he began his ministry thereafter. He has served as pastor of Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Jackson for 30 years, and has been married to his wife, Marilyn, for 43 years. He has served seven years as a member of the MO District Board, representing Section 3.

Don Sheerin

Section 4 Presbyter

Rev. Donald J. Sheerin, Jr. has served as the Senior Pastor of the First United Pentecostal Church of Kennett, MO since 2002. He also serves as the Sunday School Director for the Missouri District and the Director of Promotions for the General Sunday School Division UPCI. Bro. Sheerin is a graduate of St. Louis Community College, Gateway College of Evangelism, and Indiana Bible College. He and his wife, Chae, have three daughters: Tess, Emma, and Abby.

Chuck Carr

Section 5 Presbyter

Chuck Carr is the Pastor of West Point United Pentecostal Church in Doniphan, Missouri. He and his wife, Misty, have 3 children.

Frank Buchanan II

Section 6 Presbyter

Frank Buchanan II has served as Lead Pastor of Peace Tabernacle in Joplin since February, 2007. He and his wife Angela have two children, Franklin III and Ashley. Frank has served Section Six of the MO District for several years, first as Youth Director, then as Secretary, and finally as Presbyter. He has also served MO District as Stewardship Director and as a member of the Financial Advisory Committee. His education includes a B.A. in Accounting and an M.A. in Christian Ministry. He holds a CPA license and has extensive experience as a public and private accountant, commercial banker, and Chief Financial Officer.

Chris Thornton

Section 7 Presbyter

Chris Thornton is the pastor of Harvest Tabernacle in Lebanon, Mo. and has served in this capacity the last sixteen years. He previously served as Associate Pastor working alongside his father the original founder of the church. He has worked in youth ministries as Youth Pastor, Section 7 Youth Director, District Youth Secretary and six years as District Youth President. Chris serves currently as the Missouri Men’s Director, Section 7 Presbyter and also sits on the District Financial Committee. He and his beautiful wife, Joann, have 3 children and all are enjoying the adventure and ministry of the kingdom.

Dan Maxwell

Section 8 Presbyter

Rev. Daniel Maxwell is currently the Senior Pastor of Calvary New Life Tabernacle in Gerald, MO, as well as, Cornerstone Chapel in Owensville, MO. Rev. Maxwell and his wife started Calvary New Life 22 years ago and it is a thriving church today. Over the past 20 years the Maxwell’s have organized and constructed five Bible Colleges in the South Pacific region. Along with the churches abroad, the Maxwell’s have also helped build seven church in a day projects in the states, and multitudes of projects to help local churches. Rev. Maxwell has been married to his high school sweetheart for 50 years and has 2 kids, 8 grandkids, 3 great-grandkids.

Charles Cook

Section 9 Presbyter

Charles Cook, a life-long Missourian, along with his wife Betty has been pastoring in Boonville, Mo. since January 1972. He has served in numerous MO District capacities such as Sunday School Secretary, Sunday School Director, and Section 9 Presbyter since May 1997.

David Billingsley

Section 10 Presbyter

David Billingsley has served in ministry for 38 years. He is the Senior Pastor of The Pentecostals of St Joseph, MO. He presently serves as Section Ten Presbyter.

Larry Baitinger

Section 11 Presbyter

Larry Baitinger has been the pastor of the church in Mexico, MO since 1973. He also attended Gateway College of Evangelism. He and his wife Linda have been married since 1973. They have two children and two grandchildren. He has served the MO District as Youth Secretary and has been the current section 11 Presbyter since 1985.
