
Ministerial License Application Process
The deadline for submitting an application for 2025 has expired.
To apply for next year, you must submit your application and ALL educational requirements and supporting documentation by February 1, 2026.
2025 Information
The Board interviews and License Seminar will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Landmark Church in Jefferson City, MO. Every candidate and their spouse (if applicable) are required to be present for the interview.

Note: It is required that all applicants read the ENTIRE BIBLE and the UPCI MINISTERIAL MANUAL before completing the application process.

Step One | Ministry Central
For each ministerial level of licensure, new applicants are required to complete this credentialing training series to obtain ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church International.

Step Two | Application
If this is your first time applying for ministerial credentials, it will be necessary for YOUR PASTOR to initiate your application by logging in to http://wa.upci.org. If you are already a licensed minister and are desiring to upgrade your license level, you can log in to http://wa.upci.org and initiate an application for yourself.

Step Three | Understanding the Financial Policy
All UPCI licensed ministers are responsible for both national dues and District tithes/dues. Please use the button below to download the Financial Policy of the UPCI and Missouri District.

Step Four | Background Check
Each applicant is required to go through a background check. This is a standard requirement for the UPCI and Missouri District. Please use the button below to email the District office to start the background check process.

Step Five | Credit Check
Each applicant is required to pull a credit check. This is a standard requirement for the UPCI and Missouri District. Please use the button below to start your credit check. Select one of the three credit agencies to do your report. When you’re finished, download your report and email it to our District office.
